Dr. Longjian Xue received his Ph.D. in Polymer Physics in 2010 at Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry (CIAC), Chinese Academy of Sciences. After a short stay in RWTH Aachen University (Germany) he worked as a Humboldt fellow at Osnabueck University and Kiel University (Germany) from 2010 to 2012. After that, he moved to the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research in Mainz (Germany) as a Max-Planck scholar and research scientist. In 2015, he was built up his research group at Department of Materials Engineering, Wuhan University, China. His research interest is bioinspired functional materials .
