Dr. Changdong Gu (ResearcherID: B-3299-2008) received his Ph.D degree in material science from Jilin University in 2007 supervised by Prof. J. S. Lian. He worked at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) from 2007 to 2009 as a Research Associate in Prof. T.-Y. Zhang’s group. Then he joined School of Materials Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University as an Associate Professor. His research interests include corrosion and protection of metals, energy storage and conversion materials, interfacial materials with special wettability, and novel application of deep eutectic solvents in synthesis of nanostructured materials.
