高晓明,男,博士,研究员。自参加工作以来,一直从事气相沉积润滑/防护功能薄膜材料及其空间摩擦学相关的研究工作,先后承担了包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、装备发展部共用技术预研项目以及多项航天企业委托项目,并为我国多个型号航天型号任务对高性能固体润滑薄膜材料的技术需求提供了技术保障。工作中,在国内外期刊发表论文40余篇,获专利授权10余件,并先后获中国人民解放军科技进步奖二等奖和中国航天科技集团公司技术发明二等奖。

2.固体润滑薄膜材料的空间环境效应

承担科研项目:

作为负责人先后承担了十余项科研项目,包括国家自然科学基金面上项目“宽温域非平衡磁控溅射二硫化钨薄膜生长机理、结构演变及其摩擦学性能的研究”、国家自然科学基金面上项目“模拟空间环境条件下Au/Ag、Au/Cu体系的表界面行为与调控”、装备发展部共用技术预研项目“XXXXX薄膜化学气相沉积制备技术”等。
